We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damages and Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at matchingpjs.store@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return anything.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order has already been submitted to our warehouse and cannot be cancelled.

Returns Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on clothing items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

Refunds Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Wrong Size Ordered We are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered. Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.
